Konnichiwa! Hajimemashite!!
(Hello! Nice to meet you!!)
My name is YUCa. I am the creator/author of this blog, "Tokyo no Asobikata".
"Tokyo no Asobikata" means "Tokyo Travel Tips".
I would like to introduce you to this blog and tell you a little bit about myself.
I was born in Iwaki, Fukushima prefecture. It's north-east of Tokyo and takes
2.5 hours by train.I first came to Tokyo to study at University. After graduating
from University, I worked at a publishing and marketing company as an
editorial assistant, sales representative and PR & Marketing manager.
Then, I moved to Toronto to study business management.
Wanting to travel and see more of North America, I moved to New York to work
at a Japanese Media company. In April of 2010, I finally came back to Tokyo!
It was after coming back to Tokyo that I had fresh perspective and began to
quickly discover that "Tokyo has many hidden treasures."
In this blog, I will focus on writing about those "hidden treasures" to give you
the secrets to experiencing Tokyo. I hope you will enjoy the journey!!!
